How Our Pricing Works

By texting us pictures of the junk you need removed, we can usually give you an estimate before we even arrive on site.

Whether you get an estimate or not, when our team arrives on-site, they’ll take a detailed look at your situation and provide you a no-obligation written quote for the job that you can accept with a simple digital signature right in our client management app.

You’ll have a set price for your job prior to any work starting, and there is never any obligation prior to signing the quote.

Our aim is to be as transparent and simple as possible when it comes to pricing to make it easy for you to see how we arrived at the cost for your job and even for you to easily estimate yourself!

We Price By Volume

The price of most jobs will be primarily based on the volume of junk we remove, in cubic yards.

How much is a cubic yard? We're glad you asked! A cubic yard is a box, aka a cube, one yard wide, one yard long, and one yard tall. In other words, three by three by three feet.

Not helpful? How about some examples?

Exactly How Much Junk Do I Have?

Some simple examples to help you estimate one cubic yard:

Queen-sized mattress, depending on thickness

About 12 standard kitchen-sized trash bags

121,500 jelly beans.

Our minimum job price is for one cubic yard, and that starts at $99. Each additional cubic yard is just $40.

These prices include basic labor to load your junk (generally 15 minutes per cubic yard) and all hauling and dump expenses.
